Dear Sirs,
As owner of leveraged and inverse funds I am opposed to any legislation or regulation of these funds owned by private investors. I believe I should be the one to be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. These investment should be available to the public without any restrictions such as passing an imposed test of my specialized investment knowledge, demonstrating a high net worth, get special approval from my broker, attest to reading certain materials, going through cooling off periods during which I cant invest or any other restrictions which do not apply to other investments. I am capable of understanding these funds and their risks without any regulations or restrictions. I am opposed to any future regulations of these funds and believe it should be a matter of personal choice.
