Sirs, I have been made aware of some potential changes in how I might trade equities. I am a retired physician, with no formal training in finance. However, I have trained myself rigorously in order to successfully trade securities and maintain and grow my investments. I rely on many leveraged and inverse funds to hedge my long term investments and manage risk, to acquire income for cost of living expenses, and to grow my financial base. Potentially destroying my livelihood through unwarranted regulations in this area will not protect those with a gambler's mentality who may experience financial harm through misuse use of these financial tools.
