I've spent considerable time educating myself on investment theory and the value of a diversified portfolio, and I use a mix of "complex" and conservative investments to match my goals and risk tolerance. If the new rule is approved, I would lose the flexibility to use these investments.
The United States was founded on principles of freedom and opportunity. Already, many investments are restricted to the elites who are financial professionals or very wealthy individuals. Please leave these "complex" investments available so that non-elites have these opportunities to grow our assets.
