It's come to my attention that you are considering restricting how individual investors such as myself can make investments in leveraged ETF's.
I am a long time investor and happy customer of Proshares QLD and TQQQ. I as well as many of my friends and family members have invested in these leveraged ETF's and are completely satisfied with their performance and quality.
These represent a critical component in my investment strategy for my family's future and I definitely do not want to lose these valuable investment option tools. It is not FINRA's place to choose whether or not these and other leveraged ETF's are allowed for me as an individual investor. It's my money and my choice to invest in them just as it would be to invest into any other investment vehicle such as business venture, real estate etc. Please leave these investment options just as they are today with no restriction or bureaucratic involvement. It's not needed or acceptable.
