I am a regular investor. 1.Inverse fund helps correct the portfolio better than bond when even a common investor like me can know that market is overpriced. 2. Leverage fund can be regulated but only to the point of reading the prospectus, if prospectus takes 60 min of fast reading then only keep the restriction of not able to buy the leverage fund for 60 min. This should be done only once per user.
