I WHOLEHEARTEDLY OPPOSE RESTRICTIONS TO MY RIGHT TO INVEST! This is absurd, I should have the right to invest my money the way I see fit without the interference of any kind of regulators. Public investing should be made available to the public, not just the privileged. This is completely biased and would affect people of color and other minorities! I shouldnt have to go through a special processes to prove I can invest my own money. This sounds eerily like the 1950s and 1960s when black people were subjected to ridiculous tests to prove they can vote! Investing in cryptocurrencies funds such as BITO is an important investment strategy for me and my family at this time and we dont need a regulators help with our financial decisions that could affect me and my family.
