Trading has recently become accessible to the public via apps in a way it has never been accessible in the past, and I believe that this broad access should continue to be available to all presently qualified people - for better or worse. The burden of responsibility ultimately falls on the individual to understand the risks of their actions and make decisions accordingly, whether it be in trading stocks or any other circumstance in life. Limiting the publics ability to trade would be needlessly constricting to those who have taken the time to understand the risks involved; new restrictions should not be enacted.
