Pro shares already comes with several warnings as you buy the shares. If you introduce these kind of crazy measures, no one will buy in and it could likely devastate the etf. I for one, would lose all the money that its already down, and it is only because I believe that the market will go back up as it always does eventually, that Ive stayed in this longbut if you mess with this etf now, while its at a critical & fragile time in the market, you will create ripple effects of devastating proportions in my portfolio, life savings and likely countless others, including several people that I know personally are invested in these etfs. PLEASE STAY OUT of this for now, especially.
