I use this in a limited portion of my portfolio but it's still significant enough that any regulation done by FINRA will negatively affect my returns in the future. It will put me in an unrecoverable situation. There are strategies such as risk-parity allocation in order to achieve better risk-adjusted returns. For this reason alone, we should have access to these funds. We do not need more regulation for the retail investor and instead should be able to make our own decisions what we want to invest in. Please leave leveraged products alone and give us the freedom to do as we choose.
