I write to oppose restrictions on my ability to invest in any way. It is my responsibility to vet and select investments and investment vehicles I might use without the need to subject myself to tests or other practices deemed to protect me from myself. I use investments of this type as a hedge when I perceive the need. If these types of investments are available to some investors I feel they should be available to all investors.
