DO NOT pass a regulator-imposed test of MY specialized investment knowledge
DO NOT require that I Demonstrate a high net worth
DO NOT require that I get special approval from my broker
DO NOT require that I attest to reading certain materials
DO NOT require that I Go through cooling off periods where I cant invest
It is my investors right to freely access the entirety of the public securities markets without arbitrary restrictions.
Government needs to let people freely do business and assess their own levels of risk without regulatory interference and BIG BROTHER breathing down their necks.
