I have been heavily investing in Leveraged ProShares ETF's over the past 6 months. This is a personal investment of my own funds and is VERY important to my investment portfolio currently. By implementing radical restrictions to these now would GREATLY damage my investment value instantly. That would directly result in my taking huge losses as my investments in these ETF's are based on my theories on the rise/fall of the ETF's over a period of time. And with me being heavily invested in some that are down significantly during this time of year it would crush my investment with restrictions put on them that would cause it being much harder for others to purchase and drive the price up. Regulators should NOT be able to choose my persona investments I choose to make. And I shouldn't have to go through any special process to do so. These radical restrictions and regulations implemented this way will literally cause tens of thousands in losses/damages to me. Brent Prockish
