I should be able to choose my public investments that are right for me. I only use a small portion of leveraged funds as a way to balance my larger holdings with less funding by making very simple hedges. These leveraged funds make it far less complicated and less risky than trading in individual options. Please, I don't need more oversight, complications, and regulation when the brokerages already state very clearly my risks prior to utilizing this type of investment tool. Thank you.
