Brandon Roberts Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I strongly oppose losing my rights to trade leveraged or complex funds. Investing should come with a level playing field and net worth should not dictate ones ability to invest.
I understand that large investors may feel threatened by retail investors having access to markets, however, markets endogenously represent consumer demand and consumers should have the right to participate in the markets they fuel.
For decades there has been a large barrier to entry into markets, one that recently has been broken down. The old boys club should end, and markets should be open to anyone that has the desire to invest.
Net worth is not a quality metric for ones ability to use complex investment tools responsibly and given the myriad scandals over the last few decades FINRA should understand this.
Stop catering to rich white men in fancy suits and level the playing field.
