My position is let the free markets decide which type of investment are marketable and of interest to the investment community. Politicians are not in a good position to make these decisions. There are already many safeguards in place to ensure educated investors are appropriately screened and warned about the risks of certain types of investment products. Stop the overreach and prolific over regulation.
