Benjamin Miller Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Good morning,
I am writing to discuss the impact that limiting leveraged funds would have on me as a private investor. I, as a private investor, feel confidently that I have the knowledge and experience to make personal decisions of how I invest my own money. I do not feel that it is in the purview of regulators to make determinations as to where and how I am able to use money for long-term and short-term financial planning. I firmly believe that it is not a reasonable expectation that any kind of special process may be implemented (such as taking a test) prior to being able to utilize leveraged funds. Leveraged funds are an essential element of my investment strategy and inhibiting access will only act as a detriment to my financial future. Than you for your time and consideration.
