I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in publicly traded leveraged and/or inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and know best if they should be a component in my portfolio. Investors should not be required to pass any additional tests or measures in order to own public investments. Public leveraged and/or inverse funds should not be only for the elite and privileged. Keep these fund PUBILC.
