Barbara Moriarty Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
Barbara Moriarty
N/A
I strongly oppose regulators deciding whether or not I can invest in public securities. I am well educated and have been an investor for a great number of years. I am perfectly capable of understanding risk factors and how to use these funds as a limited part of my portfolio to hedge/protect my investments. I should be able to make my own decision about what strategy is right for me. I do not want FINRA to impose restrictions nor should I have to pass a test first.
