I as an individual investor should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I am capable to understand leveraged and inverse funds and shouldn't have to go through special process of taking tests. I urge you to keep all inverse and leveraged funds available to all public to invest without any special restrictions to few of them.
