Dear FINRA Officer,
Leveraged ETFs have allowed me to make my self financially self reliant. I understand the risks after regularly investing in these for over 11 years. I have always taken a cautious approach and invest in these ETFs using only the excess savings beyond my contribution limits to my 401Ks and housing as a diversification strategy while having a safety net in other investing instruments.
This investment strategy has helped me and my wife save for my children's education and not depend on Grants and Loans thereby saving precious tax payer dollars and subsidies for those who really need it.
This definitely lifts people to become financially free sooner, retire earlier and reduces the burden on the government social security opening up employment opportunities for the younger generation and increases the quality of living for everyone and not just the elite privileged.
I would really appreciate it if restrictions and qualifying tests were not imposed on leveraged ETFs.
