Dear FINRA,
I'm writing to express my opposition to regulations proposed in Regulatory Notice 22-08. I'm against any restrictions on trading leveraged or inverse ETFs. As an investor, I should be able to choose which investments are right for myself. Public investments should be available to everyone, not just the privileged. I am capable of understanding these funds, and should not have to pass a test or some other arbitrary metric before being allowed to invest. These funds play a limited but important role in my investment strategy, and restricting them will make it more difficult to achieve my investing goals. I implore you to reject any further regulation of these products, and allow the free market to work without burdensome regulation, which will end up hurting the potential of all investors to grow their wealth.
