I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and have been using them to protect my investments in volatile market conditions.

I shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before you can invest in public securities,
like leveraged and inverse funds. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.

Regulators should not impose the proposed restrictive measures on me and other individual investors.

I need to be able to access leveraged and inverse funds to protect my. investment portfolio, particularly in times of market volatility. In this context, I use them as a limited but essential . means of protecting my investments, limiting losses, and obtaining improved overall returns

I urge that public investments should be available to all of the public and that the proposed restrictions should not to be put in place.
