I strongly urge that there should be no interference and excessive regulation for using personal funds towards any legal investment vehicle that is, and should be, available in the free market of the US. Especially for directly correlated and leveraged ETF/ETP, the complexity is not that great where the common investor cannot understand the leverage on the underlying portfolio or market strategy. If anything, FINRA and SEC should work on greater transparency from the issuers rather than restricting the American public and essentially calling them 'dumb'. Please stop.
