I - not regulators – should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to ALL of the
public, not just the privileged.

• I shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before I can invest in public securities,
like leveraged and inverse funds. I am quite capable of
understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks.
I do not need your measures imposed on me

• Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my
investment strategies. Consider that I use leverage and
inverse funds to help me protect myself, by hedging my
investments or to seek enhanced returns.

All investments carry risks. Please stop limiting retail
investors. Let us invest in the products we deem fit for our
strategies. They are only a limited part of my overall
portfolio, but they are a very important part of my
investments. I object to your thinking of holding me back.

Thank you for your attention
