Anne Gruscinski Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

N/A
Dear Friends, I have been investing since I was 17 years old, beginning with US Savings Bonds. With time, various employment, and higher wages, my investment strategies obviously changed from those beginnings. I now have a very diversified portfolio, which includes investments in ProShares. The recent news concerning potential regulatory changes is distressing. I do not agree with potential limitations to my ability to invest as I choose. I understand the risks and benefits associated with investing, and feel that I should be able to continue to make investment decisions which best help to achieve my goals. I respectfully request that FINRA does not change the current regulations, does not impose unnecessary restrictions, and that I am allowed to maintain my current freedom to invest in securities that are best for me.
