Dear Sir / Madam, I think as investors we should be able to choose the public investments that is right for me and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

We shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. The common investor is capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Please do not
put these measures on us.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my
investment strategies. At times this will help the investor to protect (hedge) your investments or seek enhanced returns, and we can use them as a limited part of your overall portfolio.
