Dear Mr/Ms,
I oppose restrictions on buying and selling certain investments ie. leverage 2X, 3X and inverse funds.
The investor should be able to choose what
investment makes sense to him and give him flexibility for growth and protection. It should not be for accredited investors only. That is not fair since it robs the small/medium investor from participating in certain investments with upside and downside potential. Too many regulations is not the way to go.
