We deserve to be able to have the same access to the same tools as the institutions do. The Financial Industry Regulatory Authorities suggested and extremely complicated regulations are unworkable, arbitrary, and harmful to individual investors like us because they would prevent us from using the very tools necessary to be able to fight back against Wall Streets manipulation. Please allow us to have the same rights and same access as the big banks, institutions and billionaires? Inverse funds are only 1-3% of my overall portfolio. It helps to hedge my investments, especially in these turbulent times. Myself and my family thank you kindly for your time and attention.
