Comments: I am writing to voice my concerns that the FINRA is proposing limiting access to Leveraged ETFs. I have a strong understanding of the risks involved with L&I funds. I completely understand that L&I funds are for short-term trading and they must be monitored daily, even hourly on certain days. My brokerage firm provides me education, transparency and a risk disclosure before every trade I make regarding Leveraged ETFs. I understand that there are currently more self-directed investment platforms, but all investors should not be penalized because an individual who decides to manage their own money may make uneducated decisions. Those who take the time to learn about investing, risks and benefits should have the right to invest as they deem appropriate for their financial future. Thank you, Amber Mabie
