I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and/or inverse funds. I am very capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I do not need these extra measures imposed on me.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies. I use leverage and inverse funds, because they help me protect (hedge) my investments or give me enhanced returns, and I only use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio.
I oppose restrictions on my right to invest in public investments!
