Dear Regulators, I have been invested in leverage and inverted ETF funds as part of my personal and IRA investment account portfolio over the last fifteen years. I found them extremely helpful to be able to invest in a specific market sector to diversify or as a hedge to my position. It can avoid some of the risk of picking a wrong stock. Please do not limit the investors' choice of investment. These are very useful products and they had helped me to tremendously over the years.
