Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
Everyone should have equal rights and equal access to ALL investments without restrictions and hoops to have to jump through. Information is available to all and it is the individuals responsibility to complete their due diligence on the investments they choose. By restricting access to these investments, you are restricting my freedom of choice. It would be unjust and unfair to put restrictions on investing in these instruments for a segment of the population. These restrictions are unnecessary and should not be allowed.
