Brokers/Market Makers should not be allowed to create synthetic shares. Brokers/Market Makers T+ settlement date should be immediate or as soon as possible, specifically no later than T+2. Brokers/Market Makers should be required to trade on Lit Markets for all trading. Communication between Brokers/Market Makers should be publicly viewable and regulated because of the ultimate impact on markets can create opportunity to manipulate price targets for speculative investments. All members of legislative members and government officials should not be allowed to create laws and still participate in speculative investments.
