Kevin Pinkerton Comment On Regulatory Notice 21-19

I believe, as a retail investor who wants to keep investing in the future, the more transparency we have in the markets the better. Wanting a level playing field is well within reason, and shorting companies into the ground to kill them off is wrong, I don't think that will change but some of the other predatory practices and illegal tactics that have been uncovered are worrisome to say the least. If they don't change I believe a large amount of retail investors will give up on the stock market completely and thats a lot of money to lose. I appreciate that you have asked for comments and hope to see some changes for the better in the near future.
