Much information is hidden from retail and this needs to change. I hope there is serious consideration for how offenders WILL try to overcome the spirit of these regulations. "Enhanced lending" "short arranging products" why do these exist? Specifically to prevent accurate reporting. This needs to Stop. To create a fair and open market please make the decision for daily reporting and closing these loopholes that again are not in the spirit of the regulation.
