Hello I want to suggest a new rule with all financial operations of any kind by any broker is instantly reported, it's 2021 after all - and that all these operations were transparent and public via your websites - with multiple layers of depth so that "new" retail investors like myself could understand the basics easily - and that it would be multiple levels of depth for the more advanced. This could also be a source of information for you, as retailers especially would investigate if the market had unusual movements. This could even be stimulated by having a reward for reports who do lead to you taking action against the larger actors. If you want to go extreme, you could also outlaw shorting all together. If people want to invest in a company, they can, if they lose faith or want to free their liquidity they can sell. Betting that a company you have no shares in does nothing to stimulate the economy or add value to companies. I cannot see that shorting does anything beneficial to our society or our economy. If the US can start this, the rest of the world will follow - and we can all see that the current economic system is a null-sum game where everyone loses in the end, but where the large actors are blinded by the aim of short term profit. With kind regards - and the best of luck with implementing the new rules. I hope and wish you take the same radical stances that IMF and WTO has started to take.
