Rulemaking Items for Discussion at the February 2016 Meeting

The FINRA Board of Governors will consider the following rulemaking item at its February 2016 meeting. After the meeting, FINRA will notify firms via email about the Board’s action on this item and anticipated next steps, if any.

Fixed Income Pricing Disclosure

The Board will consider revisions to a proposal to require member firms to disclose pricing information on customer confirmations for trades in fixed income securities where the firm’s principal trade and the customer trade occur on the same trading day.
