Proposed Rule Change Relating to the Implementation Date for Trade Modifiers When Reporting Transactions in U.S. Treasury Securities

(“FINRA”) is filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”) a proposed rule change to establish an implementation date for certain trade modifiers required on trade reports to the Transaction Reporting and Compliance Engine (“TRACE”) involving U.S. Treasury Securities.
