User Acceptance Test FINRA TRACE Corporate/Agency Replatform and Data Feed Protocol Changes
As part of its Transparency Services improvement initiative, beginning Monday, October 21, 2024, FINRA will re-platform the TRACE Corporate and Agency product to a new Linux-based operating system.
FINRA will sponsor a fourth production User Acceptance Test (UAT) on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET. TRACE clients are strongly encouraged to participate in this test to ensure their systems and processes work effectively in the new platform. This is scheduled to be the final UAT prior to the October 21, 2024 system change.
Clients who wish to participate in this test must register with FINRA Market Operations or at 866.776.0800 no later than noon on Thursday, September 5, 2024.
Any client who chooses to test should connect to their production systems on that day; the trading day will be Saturday, September 7, 2024. The TRACE data feeds will operate via production ports and IP Addresses during this test. FINRA will clear out all transactions at the end of the test.
The UAT will start at approximately 9 a.m. ET and end at approximately 12 p.m. ET.
