Retirement of TRACE Reference Data Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Interface

As part of the migration of TRACE corporate and agency debt trade reporting to the FINRA TRAQS platform on Monday, February 6, 2012, the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Interface will no longer support current daily TRACE reference data files for the download of security and other TRACE-related information.  This includes:

  • Issue Master;
  • Daily List;
  • TRACE Participant List;
  • Market Aggregates Data;
  • Closing Price File; and
  • FINRA-Bloomberg Active U.S. Corporate Bond Indices Data.

Beginning on February 6, 2012, users who need to process daily reference data must be prepared to access the TRACE reference data via the

In order to support users who require historical reference information, FINRA will support historical queries from the SFTP interface until Wednesday, February 29, 2012. After that date, files available via SFTP will no longer be accessible.
