FINRA is currently experiencing an issue and not accepting TRACE Treasuries trade reports. FINRA will update clients as more details are available. 

5:25 p.m. ET
FINRA experienced a TRACE for Treasuries trade reporting issue related to the early market close on July 3, 2024.  Trade report acceptance was not able to be restarted. 

Firms who received “Trading Not Allowed” rejects after 2 p.m. ET should resubmit these trades on Friday, July 5, 2024, and mark them as “As-Of” July 3, 2024.
