FINRA System Closures and Modified Hours for National Day of Mourning
In observance of the National Day of Mourning in honor of former President James Earl Carter, Jr., the FINRA equity facilities will be closed on Thursday, January 9, 2025. This closure includes the following systems:
- ADF – the FINRA Alternative Display Facility
- TRFs – the FINRA/Exchange Trade Reporting Facilities
- ORF – the OTC Reporting Facility. Note: Member firms are advised that any OTC equity securities that normally would have had an ex-dividend date of Thursday, January 9, 2025, have been adjusted to Friday, January 10, 2025.
TRACE (Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine), which is FINRA’s facility for the reporting of over-the-counter transactions in eligible fixed income securities, will be open on Thursday, January 9, 2025, but will close early. See the table below for a schedule of modified hours (these hours also apply to BTDS/ATDS/SPDS/144A).
