New ATS Transparency Website and Revised ATS Data Website User Guide

As a reminder, on Monday, June 30, 2014, FINRA will launch the fee-based Professional User ATS Transparency Data product. An updated

is available. The user guide includes details on purchasing subscriber and vendor licenses for the product and information on downloading the data. The document's revision history provides a summary of changes.

In addition, an

document is available to assist users with the electronic download of the data. Professional users and vendors must return to FINRA a fully executed agreement prior to downloading the ATS Transparency data. The relevant agreements and instructions are available on the ATS Legal Agreements page.
