Holiday Reminder Regarding FINRA Market Transparency Reporting Systems
In observance of Good Friday, FINRA’s Market Transparency Reporting Systems will be closed on Friday, April 2, 2021. Affected applications include:
- Alternative Display Facility (ADF)
- OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB)
- Over-the-Counter Reporting Facility (ORF)
- Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (TRACE)
- FINRA/Exchange Trade Reporting Facilities (TRFs)
Please note for TRACE: If a member executes a trade in a TRACE-Eligible Security when the system is closed, the trade must be submitted the next business day within the required reporting timeframe from system open.
As stated in the data feed interface specifications, FINRA may send out unmarked test data via its data feeds on market holidays. Subscribers should take the necessary precautions to prevent data corruption for the following feeds:
- TRACE data via:
- Agency Trading Dissemination Service (ATDS)
- Bond Trading Dissemination Service (BTDS)
- Structured Products Dissemination Services (SPDS)
- 144A Trade Dissemination Services (144A)
- Trade Data Dissemination Service 2.0 (TDDS 2.0)
- Bulletin Board Dissemination Service (BBDS)
