FINRA Product Management renamed to FINRA Client and System Management
Effective July 1, 2024, The FINRA Product Management department will be renamed to FINRA Client and System Management (CSM).
This change will have no systemic effect for users interfacing with FINRA; only the Product Management departmental name and the email link to reach the group will be modified as described in the table below. All client documentation such as FIX, TRAQS, API, and data dissemination specifications will now reference CSM instead of Product Management.
In addition, beginning July 1, 2024, all inquiries directed to the CSM group must be via email. The support hotline, 866.899.2107, will be discontinued.
Note: FINRA Operations contact information is unaffected by these changes.
