Aaron Poh

Aaron Poh is Vice President, Office of the CFAO. More specifically, Mr. Poh serves as the Head of Strategic Operations for the Office of the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO) which encompasses Enterprise Strategy, Enterprise Risk Management, Finance, Administration, and CRED (Credentialing, Registration, Education and Disclosure). In his capacity, he serves as Chief of Staff to the CFAO and is responsible for the direction and oversight of the office’s strategic planning, business operations, change management, communications, and strategic technology functions as well as leading major strategic initiatives.

Mr. Poh joined FINRA in 2024, and prior to that served in a variety of roles across the Fortune500 and Global500 including Booz Allen Hamilton, Hilton Worldwide and Sodexo. Throughout his tenure, he has led corporate and business-unit strategy functions and driven large-scale transformations for corporate-wide strategic initiatives.

Mr. Poh holds a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering and Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Johns Hopkins University. He also holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy & Innovation from MIT.
