Description: FINRA’s CE platform may experience brief service disruptions from Saturday August 23rd 2025 from 12.00 a.m. to Saturday August 23rd 2025 6.00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). During this period, the following users may be redirected to a SABA system outage page:

  • FinPro users with an open Regulatory Element or Practical Element CE window,
  • self-enrolled CE participants, including MSRB and FSAWP-designated individuals.
