Greetings, Without the ability to trade leveraged/geared funds many main street investors will fall short of a viable savings to retire securely. Given the shortcomings of our elected officials to address fair and equitable Social Security reform it is up to us and the current wide range of investment options to secure our own future.
I not regulators should be able to choose
the public investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities.
I am capable of understanding my investments and their risks. I do not need
Leveraged and Invers ETFs are an important part of my investment strategy. I agree that they are sophisticated investments, but I am a sophisticated investor and want to be able to buy these investments.
Please do not restrict or limit our ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds and dozens of other popular
investments deemed to be complex. No testing or other special process should be required as well. Public investments should be available to the public.

I have been investing in stocks since 2015. I've been picking and choosing my own investments without help from any financial professional. In 2020 I had an account with TD Ameritrade and an account with Acorns doing ETFs. The stocks I picked with TD Ameritrade at my own discretion outperformed my ETF account picked by acorns.

For example, I have acquired leveraged inverse funds a few months ago (since the downturn of the stock market), in order to protect the upside of previous investments and offset
I am an active and use leveraged funds on occasion. My broker warns me every time I invest in one but I do not want to be restricted from investing in the .
I want to retain my ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds without any control or denial from regulators. I have provided for me and my family for over fifty years without any regulator making decisions for me and my investments. I still have the ability to handle my financial affairs and do not need the government regulators to restrict me making leveraged and inverse investments.
I use inverse etf's to hedge my long positions. Trying to short an individual stock is much too risky. A inverse etf is so much safer. Please do not put an end to inverse etfs.
